Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing and Payment: Prices for our diesel fuel delivery services are subject to change without notice. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of delivery or as otherwise agreed in writing by Universal Diesel. We accept payment by cash, EFT, and credit/debit card. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

2. Delivery Policy: Universal Diesel will make every effort to deliver fuel in a timely and efficient manner. However, delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, and road closures. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location we deem unsafe or inaccessible.

3. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a scheduled delivery, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within this time frame or fail to be present for a scheduled delivery, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

4. Limited Liability: Universal Diesel shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our fuel delivery services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Diesel, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services.

5. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

6. Modifications: Universal Diesel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using our services after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
